In my opinion, there are 4 ways of celebrating it

-Being Depressed and eating sugar and ice cream until you faint.
-Being Angry about useless lovers, about being single, and maybe drinking your ass off.
-Orrr. Being completely in love with someone and spending the whole day with that special someone. AWWWW.
-Oh. Or Just using Valentine's as an excuse for a Wild Crazy Party. YEAH.
